Fried Cherry Hand Pies
If using homemade filling prepare filling.
Cut crust into desired shape and size pieces. Spoon filling onto crusts.
Place a second crust onto filling or fold crust over filling. Press to seal edges.
Roll edges and place into oil to fry.
Remove from oil when golden brown and sprinkle with sugar.
