Holistic Nutrition & Wellness
My name is Tina McJunkin and I am in the end process of completing the program at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts to become a Board-certified Holistic Nutrition Wellness Practitioner. I will complete my program
Once I have completed my program I will be ready to take on clients. In the meantime, I continue to learn more and more each day and am accepting volunteers for my coaching

While the site is still majority bakery content, there are a few weekly meal plans you can find in the menu above. These are just simple menus made with whole foods to help you get an idea of how easy eating whole can be!
